Ubisoft confirms that a technical error caused ad pop-ups in Assassin's Creed Odyssey this week. The ad pop-ups appeared on the Xbox and PlayStation versions of the game. The pop-ups appeared when a player tried to navigate to the map screen which caused a lot of inconvenience.
